PRODUCT FUNCTION:
Piston seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
Asymmetric, single-acting piston seal, together with the inner diameter clamping margin, statically fully adapts to the channel.
The fact that the dynamic sealing outer lip is shorter than the static sealing inner lip prevents reverse / resistance pressure.
Excellent static and dynamic sealing
Can be used in long stroke displacements
Negligible stick-slip effect at speeds below 0.15 m/s. (For low operating speeds, the outer lip providing dynamic sealing should be designed as steeper and shorter)
Support rings (Back Up ring) reduce the void flow and prevent it.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
