PRODUCT FUNCTION:
Piston seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The asymmetrical, single-acting throat seal provides a static full fit to the channel with its inner diameter clamping allowance.
The fact that the dynamic sealing outer lip is shorter than the static sealing inner lip prevents reverse/resistance pressure.
Excellent static and dynamic sealing
Can be used in long stroke displacements
Negligible stick-slip effect at speeds below 0.15 m/s. (For low operating speeds, the dynamic sealing outer lip should be designed as steeper and shorter)
The support ring (Back Up ring) reduces/prevents the void flow.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders
General Piston seal for conditions with narrow flow gaps and Minor load impact.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
