PRODUCT FUNCTION:
Piston seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
Asymmetric, single-acting piston seal, together with the outer diameter clamping allowance, statically fully adapts to the channel.
The fact that the dynamic sealing outer lip is shorter than the static sealing inner lip prevents reverse / resistance pressure.
Increased preload due to O-Ring.
The support ring (Back Up ring) reduces/prevents the void flow.
Excellent static and dynamic sealing
It is used for Short and rhythmic/repetitive Strokes.
Back pressure does not occur when changing direction.
It is recommended to use to hold the system in positioning or under load-pressure.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons, plunger pistons, thrust pistons, clutches etc. in hydraulic cylinders.
Shifting, steering, gripping and clamping functions
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
