Piston seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The symmetrical, double-acting piston seal is designed with an inner diameter o-ring and an outer diameter slip ring.
Sealing surfaces on the outside reduce the risk of the seal flowing into the channel.
Excellent sealing at low and high speeds.
Slip ring is hard grade Polyurethane with very high abrasion resistance (PU ShoreD57)
Suitable for positioning functions.
Negligible stick-slip effect. Good sliding properties.
Working with small preload after long waits.
Excellent void yield strength.

Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders
Dynamic sealing element in hydraulic systems.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
Can be easily mounted by twisting
P.T.F.E slip rings must be calibrated after assembly.
