The compact piston seal set seals the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevents environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The double-acting piston seal, together with the inner diameter clamping margin, statically fully adapts to the channel.
It consists of a sliding ring made of PU or PTFE material, preloaded elastomer material and a support element.
It can be used in long and short stroke displacements.
There are two sealing corners on the sealing element.
Good static and dynamic sealing.
High friction force.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
It is a general sealing element for double acting cylinders.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
In static applications, the dynamic preload rate should be 13-15% instead of 10%.
