PRODUCT FUNCTION:
Throat seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The asymmetrical, single-acting throat seal, together with the outer diameter clamping allowance, statically fully adapts to the channel.
Compared to the JTS-R01 profile, it has a wider channel and a thinner/delicate lip design.
The fact that the dynamic sealing inner lip is shorter than the static sealing outer lip prevents reverse / resistance pressure.
It provides perfect static and dynamic sealing. It can be used in long stroke displacements.
It has negligible stick-slip effect at speeds below 0.15 m/s. (For low operating speeds, the dynamic sealing inner lip should be designed as steeper and shorter.)
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders with low friction requirements General Rod-Throat seal for conditions with small flow gaps and minor load impact It can also be used with JTS-R15 (P.T.F.E + O-ring) profile as a secondary / auxiliary sealing element.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
