PRODUCT FUNCTION:
Throat seals seal the hydraulic fluid under pressure against the external environment and prevent environmental pollution.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The asymmetrical, single-acting throat seal, together with the outer diameter clamping allowance, statically fully adapts to the channel.
The fact that the dynamic sealing inner lip is shorter than the static sealing outer lip prevents reverse / resistance pressure.
Excellent static and dynamic sealing
Can be used in long stroke displacements
Negligible stick-slip effect at speeds below 0.15 m/s. (For low operating speeds, the dynamic sealing inner lip should be designed as steeper and shorter.)
Support rings (Back-Up ring) reduce the void flow and prevent it.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders
It is a general Rod – Throat seal for conditions with large flow gaps and major/large load effects.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
