PRODUCT FUNCTION:
The scrapers protect dust, dirt, sand and other substances from the shaft, sealing and bearing elements and prevent abrasive effects that may occur from external pollution factors.
JTS-W14 wipers work as pre-scrapers designed to protect the elastomer wiper from hard foreign matter or ice that has covered the shaft.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The profile, together with its outer diameter clamping allowance, statically fully adapts to the channel and prevents moisture and other contaminants from entering the system from external surfaces.
It is made of hard plastic or PU material with high hardness, breaking strength and stability.
Dry running properties are good.
It is not suitable for pressure operation.
It needs a special design channel.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
