PRODUCT FUNCTION:
The scrapers protect dust, dirt, sand and other substances from the shaft, sealing and bearing elements and prevent abrasive effects that may occur from external pollution factors.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The profile, together with its outer diameter clamping margin, statically fully adapts to the channel and prevents moisture and other contaminants from entering the system from external surfaces.
The scraper lip design ensures the circulation of the oil film on the shaft and also leaves the polluting components from the external environment.
The lip on the fluid side minimizes the oil film in tandem use with composite sealing elements.
ISO 6195 is for Type C channel.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double acting pistons and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
It can be used as a throat seal/scraper combination in pneumatic applications.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by twisting.
In cases where the cylinder cannot be disassembled, the dust seal can be mounted as cut. In this case, the dimensions should be increased by 2-3%.
