PRODUCT FUNCTION:
The scrapers protect dust, dirt, sand and other substances from the shaft, sealing and bearing elements and prevent abrasive effects that may occur from external pollution factors.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The profile prevents moisture and other contaminants from entering the system from external surfaces with its lip design in two different geometries and
reduces the residual/residual oil film in the middle.
The dust seal P.T.F.E consists of the scraper part and the pre-loading element O-ring, which ensures that the scraper maintains constant contact with the shaft.
Due to the O-ring, the scraper can compensate for the deviations in the shaft.
It is usually combined with the JTS-R17 profile.
ISO 6195 is for Type D channel.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double-acting pistons, rotary shafts, running shafts and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by bending. Corner curve should be given for the ones larger than 25mm in diameter.
For assembly, the channel must be chamfered. (Angle 20-30º)
