PRODUCT FUNCTION:
The scrapers protect dust, dirt, sand and other substances from the shaft, sealing and bearing elements and prevent abrasive effects that may occur from external pollution factors.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The profile with a single sharp scraper lip design prevents moisture and other contaminants from entering the system from external surfaces. The residual oil film is completely cleared.
The dust seal P.T.F.E consists of the scraper part and the pre-loading element O-ring, which ensures that the scraper maintains constant contact with the shaft.
Due to the O-ring, the scraper can compensate for the deviations in the shaft.
Dry running properties are good.
There is no sticking-slip effect.
Pressure should be avoided.
ISO 6195 is for Type D channel.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Double-acting pistons, rotary shafts, running shafts and plunger pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
INSTALLATION CONDITION:
It can be easily mounted by bending. Corner curve should be given for the ones larger than 25mm in diameter.
For assembly, the channel must be chamfered. (Angle 20-30º)
